LEONARD THEN CHANGED HIS STORY AND TOLD INVESTIGATORS STEWART MASTERMINDED THE ROBBERY AND SHOT HUANG INSIDE THE WEST CHASE APARTMENT COMPLEX -- JUST MOMENTS AFTER HE DROPPED OFF FOOD FROM TUNG HING RESTAURANT.
SINCE THE TWO ARE TEENAGERS AND ARE ENTITLED TO A SPEEDY TRIAL, THE GRAND JURY ARGUES THE CLOCK IS TICKING FOR F-M-P-D TO BRING PHYSICAL EVIDENCE TO THE TABLE.
THE DEPARTMENT HAS ABOUT 70 DAYS LEFT TO PRESENT EVIDENCE LIKE D-N-A OR FINGERPRINTS TO THE JURY -- OTHERWISE THEY'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO ARREST THE TWO FOR THE KILLING.

THIS WEATHERCAST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE NBC2 WEATHER STAFF.
IT IS NOT A VERBATIM OF WHAT IS BEING SAID, BUT IS THE FORECAST FOR OUR AREA.
RAIN RETURNING THIS WEEKEND
Moisture is beginning to entrench southwest Florida, and we'll notice it this weekend.
Partly sunny skies can be expected, but with an increase in moisture we will have a slight uptick in our rain prospects. They'll mainly be afternoon showers and storms. Sunday looks to be the wetter day as a tropical wave moves closer. This will give us a better coverage of showers and storms during the day.
Tonight, our skies will stay mostly clear with lows in the upper 70s.
Highs tomorrow will easily climb into the middle 90s with heat index values in the low 100s.
This will be a brief return to our typical rainy season pattern, before some drier and hotter weather returns by the middle of next week.
The tropics continue to be quiet!
