Corporal christopher meyer and his k9 partner julie were on patrol last night on alligator alley when they spotted a speeder headed eastbound toward miami.
Behind the wheel of the red dodge caravan was 49-year old armando valdesrodriguez.

42:20 it was nothing extremely out of the ordinary at first, I started speaking w the driver and he seemed extremely nervous very shakey as well as the front seat passenger seemed rly rly nervous."

Valdezrodriguez came back clean -- but the front seat passenger-- 51 year old hugo buele was an illegal immigrant, on state probation for drug trafficking.
42:55 he was actually deported in may 2012 which threw up some alarms for me.
Officer meyer started questioning the five passengers in the back of the car-- all reportedly from central and south america.
According to sheriffs office reports they admitted they were in the country illegally, heading from houston to miami for work.

While working to get the passengers in custody-- one tried to run away, jumping a fence and hiding in the brush along i75. He was caught and taken in to custody with the other passengers, who now face deportation. Valdesrodriguez faces 6 counts of human smuggling.

The walls of the Seminole police sub-station in Immokalee are riddled with bullet holes.
This after Seminole Police say Wakim Stuart pulled out a gun and shot up the building.
He definitely made threats to kill a police officer and it appears that's what he intended to do.
Seminole Police Captain Shawn Norton says Stewart's threats stemmed from a routine traffic stop- just hours before the shooting Monday morning.
he became very boisterous and vocal. Making verbal threats to our officers to shoot and kill our officers.
Norton says surveillance video caught Stuart trying to do just that.
Driving up in a car-firing six shots from the driver's seat.
this is just one of the bullet holes. And this is the spot the bullet entered inside the building. hitting a piece of computer equipment-before being stopped by a piece of computer equipment-barely missing the police officer standing in this very spot.
And arrest reports show Stuart didn't stop there.
Collier County Deputies say he was seen with a gun the next day.
This time using it in an East Naples bank robbery.
Seminole Police say they recognized him from these surveillance pictures right away.
