Another hot and humid day with only isolated showers is on the way tomorrow. Winds will continue to blow lightly off the Gulf of Mexico and that will keep the high humidity in place for the rest of the week. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 70's again tonight and top out in the lower 90's on Thursday. Each day this week we have been tracking the afternoon downpours and isolated storms, but the wind off the Gulf has triggered the rain activity inland and left most of our coastal areas dry. That's the story again tomorrow…not much rain along the coast and a better chance for showers and storms east of I-75.

when he came home-

he found the dog covered in blood.

but when russell got to the master bedroom- he found the love of his life.

after a through investigation-

deputies arrested dustin jaye for debbie's murder- jaye's uncle- billy retherford, who detectives say is also responsible, hasn't yet been found.

investigators say the men came to the home to commit a robbery.

they report the duo stole jewelry and a bag containing 1-thousand dollars.

detectives say witnesses gave them information linking jaye and retherford to the crime- one person reportedly telling deputies they saw jaye with a knife.

deputies also state that bloody shoe prints link both men to the scene.

as debbie's mother deals with tragedy for the 2nd time - she has a message for the men accused of killing her child.

Chuck Schramn lives a couple of houses down and says until a few weeks ago, he didn't think anybody had been inside for months.

"Probably 2 or 3 weeks ago I noticed the gate was gone, front doors were open and it stayed like that for probably about a week."

Chuck says the gate eventually got fixed, and door was closed.

But when firefighters arrived this morning, that same gate was knocked down.

"It's still a pile of trash to look at when you come home whether it was burnt or not, the yard's been unkept, you have trees growing up through the pool deck, the grass is 3 or 4 feet high, it's just trash, now it's a pile of burnt trash."
