FORECAST-WXWALL

THIS WEATHERCAST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE NBC2 WEATHER STAFF.

IT IS NOT A VERBATIM OF WHAT IS BEING SAID, BUT IS THE FORECAST FOR OUR AREA.

MORE WARMTH FOR THE WEEKEND

We closed the work week with plenty of clouds and scattered showers across the region. But Friday also featured warmer weather, with highs climbing into the 70s area wide.

The clouds and a few showers will persist this evening, with temps falling into the 60s. More clouds are likely overnight, with mild lows only in the mid 60s. Low clouds and fog may also develop late tonight towards daybreak.

The warmup continues into Saturday. The clouds will remain, but some sunshine is expected. Highs will climb into the low 80s. A few sprinkles will also be possible, but most areas will stay dry.

The weather improves greatly heading into Sunday. We will see plenty of sunshine all day long with even warmer highs in the mid 80s.

The dry and warm weather will stay in place for the start of next week as well. Expect plenty of sun both Monday & Tuesday, with highs again in the mid 80s.

A few sprinkles will be possible late week, but it still looks like many areas will remain dry. High temps all next week will stay in the 80s. Return to index of stories...
