6:02 FIRST ALERT FORECAST ON THE 2'S-WX WALL

Rain chances will be a touch higher today, but with the sea breeze expected to push well inland, that's where most of the showers will stay.

Even for our inland communities like Clewiston, Immokalee, and LaBelle, rain coverage will only be in the "isolated" category, so most of the day will end up being dry.

Aside from the potential for a few inland showers today, we're on track to see a blend of sun and clouds along with some pretty warm temperatures; daytime highs through the weekend should have no trouble reaching the mid 80s.

Sunday will likely be a touch warmer than Saturday with more places getting up to the 85-87 degree range, except for our coastal communities where the sea breeze should cap off temps in the low 80s.

Expect warm and mild weather this evening and tonight. Temps will only cool into the mid 60s overnight, and we'll see the possibility for a little fog early Sunday morning.

After more sunny weather on Sunday, clouds will start increasing from the west Monday as moisture flows in ahead of our next cool front.

A few showers and storms could build in as early as Monday afternoon, and our forecast looks to stay unsettled through the first half of Tuesday.

A slight cool down is on the way by mid week with overnight lows dropping into the 50s Wednesday and Thursday mornings; daytime temps will be coolest Wednesday afternoon with temperatures only peaking in the mid to upper 70s.

Moisture will creep back into the picture toward the end of the week, bringing rain and even some thunderstorms to our forecast by the Thursday/Friday time frame.

Have a great weekend!

6:42 FIRST ALERT FORECAST ON THE 2'S-WX WALL
