THE MARCO ISLAND MARRIOTT'S IDEAL LOCATION PROVIDES GUESTS WITH THE LUXURIES OF A FIVE STAR HOTEL IN PARADISE.

AND SOON, MANAGEMENT HOPES TO LABEL THE HOTEL UNDER THE PRESTIGIOUS NAME OF A JW PROPERTY.

SOT-KEN

With it being elevated to the top as a jw, I expect we will attract more ppl not only from the us but from Europe because with the high ranking of a JW it means let's go see it.

BUT BEFORE THE HOTEL CAN GET THE NEW TITLE, MANAGEMENT SAYS, THEY MUST EXPAND BY ADDING A NEW ROOF TOP POOL, RESTAURANT, AND WATER STRUCTURE. A GOOD IDEA, TO REAL ESTATE AGENT KEN KENAF.

SOT-KEN KENAF-REALTOR MARCO ISLAND

People will then be more attracted to this area and that will definitely help the value of real estate.

KENAF BELIEVES THE EXPANSION WILL BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY---BY ADDING JOBS AND BRINGING IN MORE REVENUE FROM TOURISTS. BUT NOT EVERYONE IS IN FAVOR OF THE EXPANSION.

SOT-CHERYL LEE-RESIDENT

It'll be a disaster if this comes on the island.

HOMEOWNER CHERL LEE WORRIES THE EXPANSION WILL ONLY BRING MORE PEOPLE, WHICH WILL ONLY CAUSE MORE TRAFFIC--- AND ULTIMATELY, MORE PROBLEMS.
