FIRST ALERT FORECAST-WXWALL

RAINY SEASON HAS RETURNED

Our typical June set up gives us warm, muggy nights and some sunshine in the mornings, followed by scattered afternoon storms. We'll have that typical pattern in place today. Temperatures start in the mid 70s with a few clouds and will warm into the lower 90s this afternoon. Winds will be calm through the morning, then the afternoon sea breeze will arrive. The sea breeze will take today's best storm coverage toward the inland areas for the afternoon. As the sea breeze collapses this evening, a few of those storms will come back toward the coastline.

A similar pattern will be in place each day this week. The coverage of storms will likely be a bit higher through the middle of the week. Highs will stay in the lower 90s and lows in the low to mid 70s.

There are no areas of concern in the tropics at this time.

THIS WEATHERCAST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE NBC2 WEATHER STAFF.

IT IS NOT A VERBATIM OF WHAT IS BEING SAID, BUT IS THE FORECAST FOR OUR AREA. Return to index of stories...

FIRST ALERT FORECAST-WXWALL

THIS WEATHERCAST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE NBC2 WEATHER STAFF.

IT IS NOT A VERBATIM OF WHAT IS BEING SAID, BUT IS THE FORECAST FOR OUR AREA.RAINY SEASON HAS RETURNED

Return to index of stories...
