You know your neighbors would play through and they'd wave to you and you'd talk to them it was nice.
TIMES HAVE CHANGED. INSTEAD OF LOOKING OUT AT THE 16TH GREEN - HE SEES OVERGROWN BRUSH.
It was a grand plan.
"PARADISE PRESERVE" PURCHASED THE LOCHMORE PROPERTY IN 2005. THEY PLANNED TO UPGRADE THE NEARBY MARINA WHICH IS THE ONLY PART OF THE PROPERTY STILL ACCESSIBLE.
They also planned to spend $22 million to revamp the golf course and build 3 26-story condominium buildings.
BUT PARADISE PRESERVE WENT INTO FORECLOSURE. OWING THE BANK *94-MILLION. TODAY WE LEARNED THAT ORIGINAL LENDER HAS GONE UNDER. THE COMPANY NOW HOLDING THE DEBT HIRED THIS MAN TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY.

NICE WEATHER AGAIN TOMORROW
Partly cloudy, mainly dry and mild weather will continue for southwest Florida on Wednesday. The pattern is still set up to bring us nice weather for a few more days. Overnight lows will be in the comfortable 60's and daytime highs will recover to 80 or better for much of the area. The only exception to 80 degree afternoon highs will be right along the water as the Gulf of Mexico water temperature keeps the beaches just a bit cooler than inland areas.
Again on Wednesday morning there may be a little fog to deal with but it should burn off quickly after sunrise. Rain chances stay very low again tomorrow.
In the long-range forecast we are expecting a low pressure area to form in the western Gulf of Mexico and move toward northern Florida this weekend. If this does happen, we could see a slightly better chance for showers by Saturday and Sunday. At this point in time this doesn't look like enough rain to mess up the whole weekend.
