Sunlight will stay pretty limited and dim through our Wednesday as lots of cloud cover continues to flow in from the west. In addition to all the cloudiness, we'll also add on a decent chance for some showers and storms to develop this afternoon and evening.
Storms will be most numerous over southern portions of the viewing area, so Collier County will likely be in line to receive the most rain through this evening. Our rain chances will be close to 50/50 today with slightly higher probabilities expected as you go farther south.
As clouds continue to fill our sky today, temperatures will be held back a bit compared to what we'd normally expect. Look for afternoon temperatures to warm into the mid to upper 80s with places that manage to see more peaks of sun getting closer to 90.
Another change we'll see today is with our humidity. GET READY FOR A CAMPAIGN SHOWDOWN TODAY IN OHIO!
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS.
BOTH PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA AND MITT ROMNEY --
WILL BE IN THE *SAME BATTLEGROUND STATE.
AT THE *SAME TIME, ALL DAY.
ABC'S TAHMAN BRADLEY HAS THE LATEST.

PKG SCRIPT:
Today, a showdown in Ohio.
Both President Obama and Mitt Romney spend the day campaigning in the state
that could decide the election.
The candidates are expected to clash today over China.
The Obama campaign will hit Romney for investments in Chinese companies.
SOT Obama
"YOU CAN'T STAND UP TO CHINA WHEN ALL YOU'VE DONE IS SENT THEM OUR JOBS."
The face-off in the Buckeye State comes as new polls show Romney falling
behind.
One poll has the GOP nominee eight points behind President Obama in
Ohio.
And in Florida, Romney is behind the President by four points.
If Romney loses Ohio his path to victory would be difficult.
This map -- with ABC News projections -- shows the steep climb.
Without Ohio, Romney would need to run the table, picking up virtually every
battleground state.
If Romney hopes to turn things around, he'll need to stay on message.
He didn't yesterday at an Ohio rally when speaking about President Obama.
SOT Romney
"I ADMIT THIS: HE HAS ONE THING HE DID NOT DO IN HIS FIRST FOUR YEARS, HE'S
SAID HE'S GOING TO DO IN HIS NEXT FOUR YEARS, WHICH IS HE SAID HE'S GOING TO
RAISE TAXES."
For months Republicans offered a different view -- accusing President Obama
of raising taxes. The Romney campaign offered a correction.
The Romney campaign was also knocked off message last week with the release
of a secret tape where Romney calls 47-percent of the country dependent on
the government.
Romney's wife, Ann, in an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,
admitted the tape has caused the campaign a headache.
SOT Ann Romney
"IT'S A VERY FRUSTRATING THING BECAUSE YOU TRY SO HARD TO GET YOUR MESSAGE
OUT. / WE CARE ABOUT THE 100%."
The next major face-off between Romney and President Obama is October 3rd at
the first presidential debate. Both sides are lowering expectations Romney
conceding President Obama is an eloquent speaker. The Obama campaign saying
Romney is an experienced debater.
Tahman Bradley, ABC News, Washington.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTION IS WHY IS PAMELA NOT HERE? SHE'S NOT FEELING TOO WELL.SHE'S OBVIUOSLY A BIT DISAPPOINTED.
ACCORDING TO ABC'S GEORGE PENNACCHIO -- IT'S ONLY HAPPENED FOUR TIMES IN THE HISTORY OF THE SHOW -- THAT AN ELIMINATED CELEBRITY HASN'T APPEARED.

t.v. clip: "pamela and tristan."
PAMELA ANDERSON AND HER PARTNER, TRISTAN MACMANUS, ARE THE FIRST ALL-STARS
TO SEE THE BALLROOM LIGHTS DIM ON THEIR SHOT AT THE MIRROR BALL TROPHY.
THEY DANCED ONCE.
BUT PAMELA ALSO SKIPPED. SKIPPED OUT OF DOING ANY INTERVIEWS AFTER HER
ELIMINATION.
george: why is pamela not here?
tristan macmanus: pamela's not here. she's not feeling too well.
george: do you think she's too upset to do the press line?
tristan macmanus: well, I mean, she's definitely disappointed. I mean, we
both are.
tristan macmanus: i'm here. i'm sorry i'm not enough for you, george!
TRISTAN ADMITS THEY DIDN'T REHEARSE AS MUCH AS THEY COULD HAVE.THEY TRIED.
.BUT TIME JUST GOT AWAY FROM THEM.
tristan macmanus: maybe the time, the nerves, the intensity of what we were
doing, maybe, maybe just didn't pan out the way we wanted it to,
unfortunately.
GEORGE ON-CAMERA BRIDGE:
SO PAMELA AND TRISTAN ARE OUT OF THE COMPETITION BUT A FORMER "DANCING WITH
THE STARS" CHAMP FOUND HIMSELF IN THE BOTTOM TWO.
DESPITE BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PACK WITH THEIR JUDGES' SCORES, SEASON
TWO CHAMP DREW LACHEY AND HIS PARTNER, ANNA TREBUNSKAYA, BARELY SURVIVED
ELIMINATION.
HE'S ALREADY LOOKING AHEAD TO NEXT WEEK'S JIVE.
drew lachey: i'm going to do everything in my power to make it the best
jive that i've ever possibly done and the best jive this dance floor has
ever seen. you know, I don't care if I have to literally bleed on this
floor. it is going to be the best jive I can possibly, possibly do.
BUT THE COMPETITION IS READY TO GO FOR BROKE, TOO!
apolo anton ohno: obviously that means that we can't slack each week. we
have to come every single time, give it our all. we got to bring it.
melissa rycroft: and the audience has to enjoy what they see on the t.v.
screen.
tony dovolani: nothing's going to be left on the back. everything's going
to the floor.
helio castroneves: the season is so strong and so many talents, wow. i'm
relieve, to be honest, that I can do more more week and keep going.
sabrina bryan: we are all here and we are not playing games. everyone
wants--the trophy is more sparkly than ever this season. they made a
special all-star trophy and everyone's going for it.
