Sunshine will be prevalent through our Monday, but enough moisture will still be around to spark a few hit or miss afternoon showers. The chance of getting hit by a shower today will be close to 30%, and the rain that manages to develop will stay pretty isolated and widely spaced.
Despite the rain chance today, most of us will enjoy warm sunshine and clear skies through the morning and then a mix of sun and clouds during the afternoon. Temperatures will start in the low 70s and warm into the upper 80s through the second half of the day.
Winds won't be as blustery as the last couple days. The wind direction will still be predominantly out of the northeast, but wind speeds should stay between 5-10 mph instead of gusting up to 20-25 mph like Saturday and Sunday.
By Tuesday we expect to get another little dose of dry air, which will work to keep our weather dry and fairly pleasant. We'll notice a slight dip in humidity, too, which will make the air feel a little more comfortable. We may even see a few spots cooling off into the upper 60s Wednesday and Thursday morning, but it's doubtful these 60s will be as widespread as what we had last week.
The next little wrinkle to mention in the forecast for Wednesday is the potential for a little more cloud cover and some light scattered showers in association with a little weather system that will swing in from the west. Our rain chance shouldn't be too high, but we'll likely be tracking a few showers through the day. Another side effect of this system will be slightly lower temperatures as highs only warm into the mid 80s.
It looks like we'll have to keep the rain chance in our forecast from Thursday through the weekend as a cool front attempts to slowly move down the peninsula. There's still some uncertainty in terms of how far south the front will be able to advance. If the front stalls out over us and loses steam, a noticeable cool down and drop in humidity won't be as likely. We'll just have to keep tracking this front through the week and keep tweaking the forecast accordingly.

President Obama and Mitt Romney are preparing for Round two - tomorrow night
's second presidential debate.
With polls showing a tight race, both campaigns know the stakes are enormous
.
According to a new ABC News-Washington Post poll out this morning,
President Obama leads Mitt Romney 49- to 46-percent among likely voters.
But there's encouraging news for Romney. 59-percent of his supporters
now say they're strongly enthusiastic about him, compared to 55-percent of
the President's supporters.
Mr. Obama spent the weekend in Williamsburg, Virginia getting ready for
Tuesday's showdown.
Obama at campaign office
Reporter: "HOW IS THE DEBATE PREP GOING, SIR?"
Obama: "IT IS GOING GREAT."
Democrats admit President Obama's lackluster performance during the first
debate was damaging.
They say the President will be more aggressive this time.
SOT Axelrod
"I THINK HE'S GOING TO MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS ON TUESDAY."
Mitt Romney has been holding debate sessions outside Boston.
Republicans say they know they'll see a different President Obama on Tuesday
.
SOT Portman
"I THINK PRESIDENT OBAMA IS GOING TO COME OUT SWINGING. I THINK HE'S GOING
TO HAVE TO COMPENSATE FOR A POOR FIRST DEBATE."
Both campaigns have been focused on the crucial state of Ohio, where they're
hoping to reach undecided voters like Brenda Lovell.
She says she voted for President Obama in 2008, but he hasn't sealed the
deal this year.
Ohio voter interview
Brenda Lovell, Ohio voter: "I'M DISAPPOINTED. I THINK THAT HE MADE A LOT OF
PROMISES THAT HAVEN'T BEEN KEPT."
David Muir: "BUT YOU'RE NOT SOLD ON GOV. ROMNEY YET?"
Brenda Lovell: "NO. NOT YET."
Undecided voters are shrinking. According to that ABC News/Washington Post
poll, barely one in eight voters remain undecided, or say there's a chance
they could change their vote before election day.

THIS WEATHERCAST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE ABC7 WEATHER STAFF.
IT IS NOT A VERBATIM OF WHAT IS BEING SAID, BUT IS THE FORECAST FOR OUR AREA.

"Fake reviews, fraudulent reviews, paid reviews, paid comments, those are all going to be increasing in frequency even with increased litigation and increased publicity around the topic."
INDEED, THE FAKE REVIEWS HAVE BECOME SO COMMON.THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION HAS SUED AND FORCED SOME RETAILERS TO PAY FINES.
"The real problem here is deceptive advertising. and thats esentially what these fake reviews are. the ftc and america deems them to be deceptive advertising."
JENNY SUSSIN AT GARTNER RESEARCH. SAYS WITHIN TWO YEARS, AT LEAST ONE OUT OF EVERY 10 REVIEWS YOU READ WILL BE A FAKE REVIEW.
.EVEN THOUGH SOME ONLINE SITES ARE TRYING TO WEED OUT THE PHONEY ONES.
THE PROBLEM'S BECOME SO PREVALENT, THOUGH, THAT A COTTAGE INDUSTRY HAS CROPPED UP WHERE FAKE REVIEWS CAN BE PURCHASED.
"They purely exist so you can buy fake facebook likes. so you can buy fake reviews, so you can buy fake ratings"

Let me tell you. When I was standing there on top of the world you become so humble you do not think about records anymore, you do not think about gaining scentific data, they only thing you you want, is you want to come back alive.
THAT FEELING CAME WHILE FELIX WAS FALLING 88.3 MILES PER HOUR OR MACH 1.24 IN SCIENCE SPEAK. AND IT FOLLOWED SOME NERVE RACKING MOMENTS. BAUMGARTNER'S VISOR FOGGING UP AND A PERIOD OF WHERE HE BECAME TUMBLING IN AIR.
And I was always trying to find out how to stop this you know. I was putting one arm out and it didn't work and i was putting the other arm out. but you're always late because at that speed in a suit that is pressurized you don't feel the air at all so its hard to predict what you have to do.
THE FEDERATION NAUTIC AERONATIONAL STILL HAS TO VERIFY THE NUMBERS BUT WHEN THEY DO BAUMGARTHER WILL BE THE FIRST TO BREAK THE SPEED OF SOUND IN FREE FALL. AND THAT'S NOT ALL AT 128,097 FEET HE BROKE THE RECORD FOR HIGHEST FREEFALL AND HIGHEST MAN BALLOON FLIGHT. BUT NO HARD FEELINGS FROM THE MAN'S RECORDS HE BROKE. AND WHO SERVED AS HIS MENTOR ON THIS PROJECT.
Felix did perfect. he selected, he took the options that were available and made the right decision. It was a team effort and Felix did a fantastic job And it was an honor for all of us to work with this space guy.
THE MISSION WASN'T ONE TO TAKE LIGHTLY JUST ONE OF THE RISKS, IF HIS SUIT RIPPED AT THE EDGE OF SPACE SURROUNDED BY SUB-ZERO TEMPS, HIS BLOOD COULD BOIL. SO WHY TAKE THE RISKS?
I said, I know the whole world is watching now And I wish the world could see what i see. And sometimes you have to go up really high to understand how small you are.
