IT WAS JUNE 1988 WHEN JIM LUCCO LEARNED HE'D BE SITTING PRETTY.
8:29 we were sitting in the moose club 8:31 the moose lodge and we seen it on television 8:33
JIM'S WIFE FIGURED IT OUT FIRST
7:04 my wife at that time, catherine, who passed away, now ,she said - gee, we've got all the number 7:10 and i say, well, isn't that great? i never thought much about it 7:14
THEY HIGH-TAILED IT OUT OF THE MOOSE LODGE -
we got up and left right away 8:40 being afraid because oh, we've got a ticket that's worht 3 million dollars possibly, we didn't know 8:45
BUT IT WAS - 3 MILLION DOLLARS, THEY WERE THE ONLY WINNERS.
THEY TOOK IT IN YEARLY PAYMENTS - 150-THOUSAND DOLLARS A YEAR FOR TWENTY YEARS.
THE TRUCK DRIVER FROM OHIO QUIT HIS JOB THE NEXT DAY AND MOVED TO FLORIDA.
11:06 worked one day and left 11:08 haven't worked since 11:10

HE PUT THE MONEY IN A TRUST.
7:30 we won it and we've lived on it for 25 eyears now 7:35 we've done well, we haven't gone and bought jewelrey for the dogs 7:39 or anything
HE SPENT 6 DOLLARS ON THE TICKET - THE LAST ROW HIT.
9:11 the row that we did pick was birthdays, um, how many years we'd been together, or soemthing, i've forgotten now what it was 9:20
HE STILL PLAYS THE LOTTO WITH A POOL -
BUT SAYS DON'T GET CARRIED AWAY.
10:08 i only paid 6 dollars on mine, i would say you don't have to put hundreds in it to win it 10:15 if you're lucky you're gong to win it with a $2 ticket 10:17

THE ODDS OF WINNING ARE ASTRONOMICAL: ABOUT ONE IN 175 MILLION.

IF YOU'RE STILL THINKING OF BUYING A TICKET, YOU HAVE UNTIL 10 O'CLOCK TONIGHT TO BUY ONE.

The clouds finally broke during the early afternoon hours, and we'll continue with clouds mixing in with our sunshine for the remainder of our Wednesday. Despite the cloud cover lingering across Southwest Florida for much of the day, afternoon temperatures managed to reach the upper 70s with a breeze out of the north around 10mph.
Tonight, partly cloudy skies will remain in the forecast with mainly dry weather. Some slightly drier air will filter down the state keeping our overnight lows a tad on the cooler side as they settle into the upper 50s here in town with middle 50s across our inland and northern cool spots. By the morning hours, a few low clouds will develop, however with an elevated breeze, fog shouldn't be a big issue.
A weak cool front continues to dissipate across central Florida at this time with high pressure building in across the southeast through Thursday. This will keep a mix of sun and clouds across our skies for Thursday and Friday with highs near normal in the upper 70s to low 80s and overnight lows near 60°.
Friday and into the weekend, high pressure will begin its migration across the Carolinas and out into the western Atlantic waters. This will keep us under the influence of an easterly flow with a few more clouds drifting across the peninsula and across Southwest Florida.

Sheriff Rambosk/17:46 "I'll bring it to our legislation delegation, bring it to Talahasse when they start to teview an anti texting bill in the next session."
