"Another warm and humid day"

After the fog lifted, it turned out to be a nice end to the weekend with more sunshine and temperatures in the middle 80s. Our stretch of unseasonably warm weather will continue for the next few days, before another system brings clouds, rain, and a slight dip in the mercury.

Conditions will be just right this morning for another round of patchy fog to develop around sunrise. Visibilities could drop as low as 1/4 of a mile in spots, before conditions begin to improve by mid morning. Partly sunny skies will take us into the afternoon hours with mainly dry weather. A couple of isolated showers will still be possible, however these will favor our interior zones especially near Lake Okeechobee. Afternoon temperatures will continue to run 5-7° above average as they climb into the middle 80s. Beaches and coastal locations will be a few points cooler due to the development of the west coast seabreeze.

Patchy fog will be a good bet once again tonight as humidity stays high and winds remain light. Overnight lows won't drop by much as they settle into the middle to upper 60s.

Due to the heat and the humidity a few stray showers can't be ruled out for Tuesday as highs remain in the lower to middle 80s under a mix of sun and clouds. By mid week, we'll be tracking another weather system that will increase our cloud cover and up our rain chances beginning Wednesday. We'll also see temperatures take a slight dip as they cool into the 70s for daytime highs and the upper 50s for overnight lows. A few widely scattered showers will continue through Friday with a drying trend as we head into next weekend. Return to index of stories...

STORMWARN FORECAST-WX WALL

THIS WEATHERCAST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE ABC7 WEATHER STAFF.

IT IS NOT A VERBATIM OF WHAT IS BEING SAID, BUT IS TH

E FORECAST FOR OUR AREA.

FINAL WEATHER
