E FORECAST FOR OUR AREA.

It's a noticeably cooler and less humid start to our Friday across Southwest Florida, but clouds are still lingering early this morning behind a cool front that through the area yesterday.

The good news is clouds will thin out by the mid to late morning, and we'll enjoy sunny weather for the remainder of our Friday. Temperatures will also be quite comfortable through the day as highs only reach the mid 70s.

Combine the pleasant temperatures with the low humidity, and we've got the ingredients for some very refreshing weather today!

Now that all the rain as moved through Southwest Florida, we'll keep dry weather in the forecast today, and this pattern continues through the weekend.

Tonight will be clear and a little chilly as temperatures drop down into the mid 50s along the coast and even as low as the upper 40s deep inland.

Our weekend weather is shaping up to be phenomenal. Saturday and Sunday will be warm and sunny with highs in the low to mid 80s, but the overnight and early morning will be cool with lows in the 50s.

The nice weather continues into the beginning of the week, but changes arrive by mid week as the next cool front approaches Wednesday, which will bring a round of rain and storms followed by another cool spell toward the end of the week. Return to index of stories...
