BREEZY WITH MORE CLOUDS

It is a cool morning across Southwest Florida, but warmer weather is on the way today. Winds will come from the east, turning east-southeasterly at 10-15 mph with gusts near 20 mph. While it won't be as windy as yesterday, it will still be rather breezy. With more of that east to southeasterly turn on the winds, we will warm up today. Afternoon highs are headed to near 80 degrees. With more humidity coming into play we can't rule out a very spotty shower popping up this afternoon. Overnight, we'll see plenty of clouds and we won't be as cool. Expect low temperatures Friday morning to bottom out in the mid 60s with lower 60s inland.

For tomorrow, we'll have cloudy skies and even a few showers showing up by evening.

A cold front pressing its way into Southwest Florida will give scattered showers for Saturday into Sunday. Some of the latest computer guidance suggests that the rain may taper off by Sunday afternoon.so it's possible that the end of the weekend might turn out to be rain-free.
