BUT JERRY AND CAROLYN ROSS WEREN'T ON BOARD

CAROLYN 7:29:06 had the rug pulled out from under us:08

THAT'S BECAUSE THEIR TRAVEL AGENCY CALLED LEGENDARY JOURNEYS ABRUPTLY CLOSED ITS DOORS IN NOVEMBER -- LEAVING CUSTOMERS HIGH AND DRY

CAROLYN 18:28 kind of in disbelief that this could have happened:30

THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, AL FERGUSON, WHO AGREED TO AN INTERVIEW.

AL 9:35:10 They were purchasing packaging that included airfare, that included touring, and hotels and their deposit was far more than just the cruise component 9:35:19 and so as a result their deposit went to many many things 9:35:23

AND FERGUSON PROMISED ME THAT EVERY CUSTOMER WOULD BE REFUNDED

AL 9:37:50 We're expecting that we will be complete by the end of the year. R: so people can expect to get their money back by December 31? Yes 9:37:58

CHILLY WEEK AHEAD, WINDY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

P. M. Update - Tonight will continue to be cloudy with some areas of light rain and mist. Lows will be cool, falling into the 40's and low 50's. A Windchill Advisory is in place for DeSoto County overnight as windchill values could drop into the low 30s.

**Boaters - A Small Craft Advisory will remain in place from now through Tuesday night as conditions on local waterways will be very rough due to strong winds.**

Tuesday afternoon skies will remain cloudy with a few light rain showers. Expect a windy day with gusts up to 30 mph. Highs will only make it into the low to mid 60s, meaning it will feel like a pretty cool day.

Wednesday will remain breezy and cloudy with a few showers early, but expect some clearing late in the day. Highs will still only make it into the mid 60s. By Wednesday night and Thursday morning, lows will drop into the upper 30s and low 40s.

Thursday afternoon we will see the return of plenty of sunshine, along with slightly less wind. Highs will remain well below average, only topping out in the upper 50s and low 60s. Another cold night is in store for Thursday night and Friday morning, with lows in the 30s inland, and low 40s near the coast.

By the end of the weekend warmer weather returns. Highs will be back in the low 70s by Sunday, and mid 70's are likely Monday and Tuesday. Return to index of stories...
